These Terms of Service govern your use of OKHealth — clinic management software provided by OKHealth Technologies. By accessing or using OKHealth, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

Use of the platform

OKHealth is intended for use by registered healthcare practices, clinic administrators, doctors, and their authorised staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Clinic data and patient records

All patient data entered into OKHealth remains the property of the clinic. OKHealth processes this data on your behalf to provide the service. We do not sell or share your patient data with third parties. Data is stored securely with access controls and regular backups.

Acceptable use

• Use OKHealth only for lawful clinic operations
• Do not attempt to access another clinic's data
• Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying code
• Do not use the platform to send unsolicited communications

Service availability

OKHealth aims for 99.9% uptime. We perform scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours and notify customers in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control such as internet outages or third-party service failures.
