This Privacy Policy explains how OKHealth collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our clinic management software. We are committed to keeping your data and your patients' data private and secure.
Information we collect
- Clinic and account information — name, email, phone number, clinic details
- Patient records entered by clinic staff — demographics, appointments, prescriptions, billing
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, error logs (for product improvement)
How we use your information
We use clinic and account information to provide, maintain, and improve the OKHealth platform. Patient records are processed solely to deliver the features you use — scheduling, billing, reminders, and reports. We do not use patient data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Data security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Patient records are stored with per-clinic isolation — no clinic can access another's data. Access within a clinic is controlled by role-based permissions. We perform regular backups and security audits.
Data retention and deletion
Your clinic data is retained for as long as your account is active. On account closure, you may request a full data export before deletion. We delete data within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.
