Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which OKHealth offers refunds for subscription payments. We want every clinic to feel confident trying OKHealth, which is why we offer a free plan and a satisfaction guarantee on paid subscriptions.
Free plan
OKHealth offers a free plan with no credit card required. You can evaluate the platform fully before choosing a paid subscription. There is nothing to refund on the free plan.
Paid subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
- Annual subscriptions: if you cancel within 7 days of payment and have not used the platform in a way that incurs costs for us, we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email info@okhealth.in with your clinic name, registered email address, and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service, or for add-on services already rendered such as onboarding or training sessions.
